Event Expertz provides event planning and management services, including but not limited to:

Booking and Reservation To secure our services, a formal agreement must be signed, and a deposit must be paid. The deposit amount is generally 50% of the total event cost, which is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event date.
If the event is cancelled by the client:
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer an alternative date.
Event Expertz may engage third-party vendors (e.g., florists, caterers, photographers) on behalf of the client. The client will be informed of any third-party vendors used for their event.
Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or government restrictions.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared during the event planning process.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Amendment Event Expertz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to clients prior to the event date.
